How payment works
From invoice to an open portal in four steps

Register online
Sign the agreement on screen. Your invoice and the bank details arrive by email.

Pay by transfer
Pay in full, or the deposit for an instalment plan, from your own bank.

Upload your receipt
A photo or PDF of the transfer, up to 10 MB. We check it against the bank.

Your portal opens
You get a receipt number and your login. Instalment reminders come before each due date.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay a deposit and the rest in up to four instalments. You'll get a reminder before each one and a receipt as soon as it's accepted.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Your invoice shows the bank details for your country; once you have paid, upload a photo or PDF of the transfer receipt and we check it against the bank.
Which currency will I pay in?
The country you enrol from sets the currency on your invoice. Fees on this site are shown in Sri Lankan rupees.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
Sometimes. Ask us before you enrol; any reduction is shown on your invoice and comes off your instalments.
