How it runs

Week by week

1. Weeks 1 to 2

   Orientation and a first one-to-one

   Agree your plan and competencies with your mentor in private.

2. Weeks 3 to 20

   Programme plus monthly one-to-ones

   Every workshop and review in the full programme, with regular private check-ins.

3. Weeks 21 to 24

   Six mock interviews

   The two programme mocks plus four extra, each with written feedback.
